- @Cakito7 F dude, they ban people for hate speech, but cheaters are still there cheating and being top preds.
"R word" isnt hate speech lmao
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@Cakito7 It is in the terms of service in which you checked accept upon opening your account.
Abusive behavior or content breaks our rules, including anything that’s:
harmful
offensive
defamatory
obscene
harassing
threatening
hateful
degrading
intimidating
discriminatory. - E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@Ghosted_Waffle It most certainly is. It is used in a negative way to trigger someone or to make fun of a condition someone was born with and cant change.
- Palette24carats5 years agoSeasoned Ace@E9ine_AC Then the simple solution is NOT to ban him... but to mute him in the game forever. He can still ping communicate and do a voice chat with friends.
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@Palette24carats If someone can not follow the TOS that they openly checked accept to upon creating their accounts then punishment will be taken. Simple solution is dont act like a child and this wont happen.
- Palette24carats5 years agoSeasoned Ace@E9ine_AC We are millions and millions playing this game, there is very different temperaments in human nature playing a game that you put money into should be a right just like when you buy a software it is your right to use it. If game chat is the problem then EA can mute them to others.
- E9ine_AC5 years agoHero+@Palette24carats EA owns the account we simply are allowed to use it and claim it until EA decides they need to suspend/ban or close an account. There is nothing no one can do. This works this way for all games.
- @E9ine_AC no, it really isnt.

@Ghosted_WafflePlease name me a game who does not own the accounts? They are apart of EA property. They are ran from their databases. We hold no grounds over our accounts in terms if they want to close it down. In reality they need zero reason to close a account because well its theirs to do so.
All games own the accounts in which are signed up on their web pages. No player actually owns their account. They are the property of the company. If people actually read the TOS and what they are capable of doing then you would not claim such a thing. =PIf your message was in reply to the being considered hate speech then I would like you to understand something from a parent who has an autistic son. This term was used back in the day because autism was not a known thing or understanding it was corrected with the proper terminology that should be used to describe a condition. But people use the word as an insult. Which is labeled as offensive to some as it can reflect on a loved one. It is also used and labeled as Hateful which is another word that falls in that category. Then you have autistic children who play video games to escape the real world because it helps them to get insulted from the very things they try to escape. The company decides what words fall in what category not a players opinion.
