@r1ggedgame Nice, good luck! I also haven't even taken a look at the video yet. It looked like clickbait, which in the end everyone has their own opinions about it.
The main opinion is that aim assist is too strong, this (from what I understand) is when the already reduced recoil is combind with mods, such as strikepacks and xim (m/k on console). This combination of the game's mechanics and the player's setup leads to the illusion that aim assist is broken.
What's most likely happening is that the anti-recoilers are strikepack players, and xim is all the ones that "flawlessly" snap to players back to back, since they're on a mouse and keyboard. This could also be assisted with actual aimbotting cheats which fully leads into the illusion that its the aim assist.
