@KavinMane As far as I'm aware of reports for things such as cheating, inappropriate names, and bad text chat communications goes to an automated system, (and maybe an actual person as well. I'm not fully sure).
However when reporting players for sabotaging, I don't think they have a system in place that detects how a player was playing to determine if it was sabotaged or not.
Everyone can also very easily have their own definition of what "sabotaging" is.
For me, sabotaging is when a player purposely doesn't play as a team, such as getting you killed and not doing anything to bring you back, (especially when they're with a friend as a duo and they both would rather be a duo in the rank match).
From your experience, I would also consider them to be sabotaging. Due to the fact that they refuse to be a member of the team, and would rather eliminate themselves to make it difficult for you to win the match.
My experiences where that I've had random push me off the map or drew in enemy players just to get me killed. Once I was dead, they would loot my box and then run off as a duo team.
This mostly occurs when I picked up something that they wanted and instead of trying to convey interest, (because most of the time I will give up the item if asked or pinged/punched at), they had decided to remove me from the match.
This behavior might not be seen as sabotaging to others, especially to the duo who got me killed. To them, sabotaging could very easily be the fact that I had taken something that they wanted or that I simply didn't revive them within 0.00001s after they got knocked, or that I wasn't playing how they were wanted me to.
Some players play slow, others go for the fights, some rat, etc. Sometimes when you don't fit in with the playstyle, your team decides you're no longer worth helping. This has been one of the issue for Apex since its release.
In other words, reports of sabotage is rocky at best unless you send a video to EA, because then at that point it would be quite clear that they were sabotaging the match.
Sending in this kind of evidence was something I had to do back in S13 or so when two random got me killed and then they purposely didn't respawn me. They also had said not so nice things in the text chat, one of which was basically along the lines of "bye valk", (I was playing as Valkyrie), but they were cursing at me to go away and get lost.
