Bart Simpson was voiced by a female, and he's unmistakably a male.

i think bloodhound is a female cat humanoid.

when BH uses ultimate ability you hear that cat sound.  generally speaking from my very limited knowledge, female cats are more aggressive and do the hunting.

They identify as agender, hence the EA website and devs in interviews using they/them pronouns, even going so far as to correct themselves when they use a gendered term at times. 

it is not because their identity is unknown. Wraiths real name and identity is unknown. But she presents and identifies as female. Rather the opposite seem to be the case. They keep their ID unknown, at least in part due to being agendered.

I'm pretty sure Bloodhound's male. They look a lot like a boy in the Old Ways video. Even though their voice actor is female, in my mind, he's male.
