what if you didn’t get the free apex coins and crates in Apex legends

i didn’t get the free apex coins and the 30 crates from apex legends. My brother told me he got it from just the playing the game and I was curious why I didn’t get but everyone else did. It was a 2020 thing and I don’t know if you just gave out free apex coins and crates to random people but I was just here to ask why everyone got it but me.

    30 Apex packs/legend tokens was a bug.
    Level 100 players received 14 Apex Packs.
    Lower lvl players received less packs or nothing if you were below 51-52lvl.
    The bug just didn't happen to you. :P

    I received 14 Apex packs because i was lvl 100.
