Yeah the 1st top 5 getting a bonus BP level was just 16th-18th April, unfortunately...

i’ve done exactly the same thing myself in that situation and bush wookieed my way to a 2nd place. As a previous response said, just strafe shimmy a little every minute or so and the game still considers you “active”.

Not sit in a bush!

Me and my team won two or three games in a row yesterday and ALL of the last teams were camping out just waiting. Dragging the game out for no reason. 

We were all running around trying to find them spreading out and firing into the sky to let them know where we were so they would come out and try to shoot us. 
Then we merced them when they finally did so... yeah... "Stealth Strats" 😂👌

They had no chance, no such thing as "Stealth strat", what you are talking about is being lucky enough that other teams crowd the good teams, and then you pop out to snipe them when they are injured and MAYBE you get a lucky win. 

Trying to make camping viable is boring af. 
If you learn proper tactics and you can smoke better players easily. 

Apex isn't "like" other Battle Royale games, that's why it's good and worth playing 🙄

Also, if you guys want EXP without playing the game,
just keep killing and respawning your teammates, 
Jump off cliffs and then respawn them both and you get 400 exp. 

I got 7500+ exp in a game where a silly teammate of mine kept dying and I kept respawning him when we were new to the game 😂
And I never get that kind of EXP even when winning with 9+ kills so... 

But camping doesn't net you much, so it's kind of pointless if you are just farming exp?

Except survival XP is how you level up and far outweighs combat XP so drawing a game out by avoiding combat til the last possible moment is the best way to farm XP?

True, but have you ever been taken down and killed because a lone player was just sitting hdiing in bush iin a dark corner in some room? In a game characterized by covering a lot of ground in a short time it can be pretty damn annoying running into a camper like that... you lose all your stuff and could maybe cost your team a win.

And lets be honest, yes of course you can win a game alone, but 99 times out of 100 as soon as the other team realize you are alone you will get naded then dog piled into oblivion in about 3 seconds. Personally I don't see the fun in hiding in a bush for 20 mins to then get mown down in 10 seconds. 

If I find myself alone I will play stealthy, stick to cover and try not to run across large areas of open ground... and I certainly won't charge in alone against a fully equipped team of three who aren't in combat, but I will never stop moving! I'll keep going through the map and try to get involved when other teams fight or pick off other lone or isolated players, or teams of two.

you do what you gotta do.  When your team quits,  you can be a quitter too or just try for high placement.  Which is what I do sometimes as well also.

What about the Random I'm leaving the fight to go loot even though we're in the last 3, I lose my mind on that be prepared to shoot things at that stage nope going to run around looting like a crazy person making loads of noise.

I can't say their name it's really bugging me I alt f4'd out last night and didn't go back because of that.

I do too, but I won't try and achieve that by hiding in a corner or a bush all round, its just no fun imo and the potential rewards aren't really worth it.

If you make it to the end sure, keep your head down and maybe when the last two teams fight you can get in there and win the game... it's perfectly possible to play conservatively without needing to resort to camping and ambushing imo. But it's personal of course, but I find it anoying to run into that all the same, wouldn't do it myself.

I'm not really sure wha you mean @F340BD tbh... you can get caught by campers looting or not. Sure teammates who run off looting and aren't concentrating on the combat late game is anoying, but I don't really see how that relates to what I was saying.
