Season 2 was a massive letdown in my eyes. I want to bet that most of the team who made Titan Fall 3 (Apex) is now working on the star wars title (no one asked for) and the team that was left with Season 2 didn't have the time needed to make new content, so they did the only thing they could have, mixed everything up to make it seem like they did anything at all.
Anyone smart can tell the missions each day are just Respawn looking at testing for weapons, and heros and map locations. Most would see these in a Q & A survey like some testing groups, no way they were designed with player fun inmind.
The odd changes to the heros with Gib getting more damage reduction states they clearly just can't change the size of the model (that person must be working on Star Wars models), so they used fake numbers to jusify it.
The most played heros gained extra damage, that's a easy, try to get people to not use them without changing core ability, add numbers.
Season 2 (uncontent) was from new work at Respawn, like new members.I feel alittle hopeful tbh, once Star Wars gets released or goes gold, Apex gets people back.
