What do you do if you are innocently banned and TOS wont do anything? You just lose your account and all the time/money you spent on it? Why isnt there another way to make sure people dont lose their accounts other than one dept?
I have been waiting on resolution for my account since Dec and still nothing. What is the failsafe for this?

@darkersilver Have you tried 2-stepping your email and any of these if you use them: Origin, Steam, Xbox, Playstation, (I suggest Switch since its getting Apex in march), and yes even Epic, since they have Origin games and could link to your account, as well as changing your password?

Sure, that's to keep your account safe, but you already got banned. I think you have to wait a little longer, EA support seems to be slow as of late, I'm guessing they're dealing with several other requests, like just last week, there were more than 7 users having the same issue as you.

Don't know what more to say, since I can't exactly help further.

@Midnight9746 Yea I do have two step-verification and everything. I think waiting since Dec is long enough. This is the problem when you treat your customers this way. The least they could do is answer you with a real answer not just copy paste. Dont worry im am carefully documenting all of this. Not lettin this slide

@darkersilver Yeah, I've reported bugs and people name calling in-game, and other issues, and get a copy and paste back. This is why I prefer live chat, and not email. It's easier to somewhat be more "real" about it.

@Midnight9746 Exactly Im old school and I prefer to converse directly but seems like its not a popular option for them. Never seen worst customer service. Its clear they dont care when it comes to helping..they just want your money.

I played yesterday, but today banned
If you think you’ve been banned by mistake, here’s how to open a case and let us know:
Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
Choose your platform.
Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
Fill out any additional details.
Click Select contact option at the bottom of the screen.
Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you haven’t already.
Fill out the attached webform to give us all the details about your ban or suspension

@EA_David I have already send email to contact your dept. and nobody helping me. Please BAN the REAL HACKER and not a group of players who NEVER CHEATING. I WOULD LIKE TO REFUND IF I CAN.

I find myself writing to you again because at this point I am beyond shocked of how poor you handle people who invest in your company. I wrote over 2 months ago about my account being hacked and therefore banned because of it. Now I don't know why you never answered with an adequate response to my previous concerns as a customer, or you are choosing to overlook one of the biggest problems that your game "apex legends" currently has. You ban my account(which I have spent above 50 Euro on), you do not explain anything, I go onto my second account I play until level 70, you ban my second account as well. At this point I feel harassed by your inability to fix major problems such as these. I have been playing games since I was 4 and I have never seen a more poor support in my experience. Big names representing your game such as ShivFps, ImperialHal, Lyr1c and more have adressed this issue and people are constantly writing on your forums how they themselves have had their hard-grinded accounts taken from them. Honestly at this point I have taken upon myself to take appropriate action with the FTC and the BBB for this issue, because you don't seem to have it any other way. If not I'd like to you to refund the money I have spent on the game since you cant refund 1k hours
