What do you do if you are innocently banned and TOS wont do anything? You just lose your account and all the time/money you spent on it? Why isnt there another way to make sure people dont lose their accounts other than one dept?

I have been waiting on resolution for my account since Dec and still nothing. What is the failsafe for this?

Hi, I've also had the same problem I've spent hours and tons of money in the game but I was falsely banned for no reason and when I contacted EA support they just told me I violated the rule. I even got my dad to contact EA support but they seem to not care and just accused me of violated guidelines. I also had the same problem with other games my gmail and all my other game account was hacked and banned more then 1000 of dollars wasted in a single ban. I might aswell never enjoy apex legends again since they just accused me of cheating or other things. My dad also got mad because he's the one that gives me money to spend on this game...
