I find myself writing to you again because at this point I am beyond shocked of how poor you handle people who invest in your company. I wrote over 2 months ago about my account being hacked and therefore banned because of it. Now I don't know why you never answered with an adequate response to my previous concerns as a customer, or you are choosing to overlook one of the biggest problems that your game "apex legends" currently has. You ban my account(which I have spent above 50 Euro on), you do not explain anything, I go onto my second account I play until level 70, you ban my second account as well. At this point I feel harassed by your inability to fix major problems such as these. I have been playing games since I was 4 and I have never seen a more poor support in my experience. Big names representing your game such as ShivFps, ImperialHal, Lyr1c and more have adressed this issue and people are constantly writing on your forums how they themselves have had their hard-grinded accounts taken from them. Honestly at this point I have taken upon myself to take appropriate action with the FTC and the BBB for this issue, because you don't seem to have it any other way. If not I'd like to you to refund the money I have spent on the game since you cant refund 1k hours
