@EA_David this thread is a Joke nothing will help the players out there
If someone got banned EA will not even look at the case no matter what TOS team think themselves as some sort of gods if they say something it's final no change alot of players banned over stupid stuff that doesn't even require a warning yet TOS gods goes brrrrr full permanent ban if anything this thread should be deleted and renamed to "if you get banned then you are banned for life make new account and don't waste your time"
This will make it easier to EA TOS gods and to the players ... there is literally no point of this thread Im 100% sure no one who saw the thread actually helped them
You send email to appeal the ban you receive bot email from TOS gods says they will not lift ban and guess what they didn't even see your email case
You talk to EA live chat they say we will make new case and same respond from TOS gods same bot email that says they will not lift the ban
Basically all they do is send same bot message every time weather it is once or billion times
What is the point of EA support exactly ?
For past month I have searched the whole Internet for someone to actually got unbanned zero weather it is here or at Facebook or Twitter or reddit all the same if you got banned then bye bye to your account no one will change anything
And by the way EA try to change your banning rules
