Mate, anything past 60 FPS you don't really feel. I love how Console players in this game are complaining when they have 60% aim assist. You guys already have something to compensate for those lost frames. The day you guys get 120/144 FPS, is the day that Aim assist is knocked down a peg.
- BigMacAttack8u3 years agoSeasoned Ace@ianwt73 Aim assist is fine where it is at, also your two points contradict, showing just how broken and wrong your point of view on aim assist is.

Having higher frames removes ghosting and smoother movement.
Next to that having more frames will also make it easier to notice someone when peeking, as with lower frames a short peek might just be less noticeable.
Also the hell are you saying, you don't feel it?
It reduces input lag and helps with plenty of things, next to that smooth gameplay is awesome to have.
They can complain all they want, I don't see the problem.
Also why would aim assist get knocked down together with higher FPS?
With higher FPS it's easier to track players, though locking onto them properly will still be a challenge, it's not logical.
- Palette24carats3 years agoSeasoned Ace@ianwt73 you don't even know what aim assist does. Because aim assist you can't have any say in anything ?? That's what you are saying. Well by the way 60% aim assist play against ONLY 60% aim assisted too, so it doesnt mean anything for us we can complain on anything we want to. And I already posted the Playstation tournament finals stats about aim accuracy... the winners had like 16% and 22% aim accuracy. Aim assist is SOOOOOOOOOOO overrated in mousers mind.

This is not true.
For anyone still reading this thread, 120 vs 60 is *very* noticable and OFTEN the difference between losing or winning.
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, they're lying, because there's no way they don't know the truth.- 3 years ago
Yup. I put a post up about this. My friend bought his pc and monitor over.
We side by side played and swapped.
Limited pc to 120 and used my controller. It was night and day how smooth it felt was definitely hitting more shots.

60 fps vs 120 is huge if you can't tell your eyes are trash lol. And comparing aim assist is irrelevant were talking about console which is only in pc lobbies if you have a pc player with you so if I only play console why should I have worse fps? Plain and simply most other games have 120 fps apex is huge they could do it and choose not to.
