Where is the Los Angeles Data Center?

It really kinda surprises me that a game of this scale does not have an LA server or at least one in California. I am sure other games don't have servers in California, but not any that I know of. Largest state in the the U.S with 39.5m people and instead we have to connect out of state. One of the largest complaints of this game from the "pros" is, "the servers suck!" When in reality, many of them just are not used to having such high ping compared to other games they play. The distance from LA to SLC is over 900 miles and to southern Oregon at over 1,000 miles. There are many many other reasons that support having a server in Los Angeles, but sadly my guess is that when it comes down to it, Respawn does not want to pay for one. As in it does not prove profitable in their cost/benefit analysis with current players. Though, I would disagree with the potential players it could bring back and new players as it would make the game experience better for many.
