Why are so many people quitting matches in ranked?

Because in pubs people disconnect as soon as the game starts,
Besides that you face predators 3 stack in pubs, most of the time it is unplayable, and gun run is in rotation, so I have no option but to play Ranked, and I am not interested in ranking up.
If my banner expires. next game.. Control should already be in rotation.
