All I'm saying is that if you want to play together, you can play regular Apex. But in a truly competitive ranking system, people of different caliber rankings should not be allowed to play together. If that person is good enough then they'll reach the rank of the person they want to play with and if that higher ranked person wants to play with the low rank then they can create a new account and play with them until that person is to the rank of the higher rank. It doesn't cost money to start a new account and you don't have to have PS Plus to play the game.
P.S. Sorry XBOX users. Microsoft has screwed you over.
@PublicIDexists2If the people playing AGAINST the guy with a bronze on his team are good enough, the team are at a disadvantage unless the guy in bronze is a very good player who hasn't had the time to grind yet.
I love that players with less time but who are good can still jump in with their friends into a higher league and play. Its the thing that makes it not too bad that players weren't seeded into leagues up to gold from S1 kills/wins like they should have been.

Well then here's the thing. Don't make it a grind system. There are better ways to make a ranking system. But the way they have set it up, anyone can make it to the top. I find that extremely lame and I know I'm not the only one. Why make a ranking system if the ranks aren't true to each player? I understand everything that each person has said and to make an observation, I believe that the only people who have commented on this post are those who want to play with lower ranks or lower ranks who want to play with their friends who are higher ranks. And in response, I say, play regular Apex. That's why it's still open. If you don't have the time, that sucks. If you're not the best at the game, that's okay. But if Apex is going to make a ranking system that makes sense, then they need to reset the parameters for ranking up instead of just making it a grind system. It's no one's fault but the makers of the game and their short-sightedness. I'm not the best at the game and I don't have all the time in the world, but I'd rather make it as far as I can honestly.

@PublicIDexists2Lower ranked players playing with their high ranked friends in sweaty lobbies is a way that it ISN'T a grind, man :/ My friends who don't have time are still playing gold with us because they're good players.
Bads wont get high in the time they've got to do it.A rigid bracket system simply won't work for OCE region as there aren't enough players.

It is a grind for those who have the time and for those who don't, like I said before, that sucks. But it's no one's fault but the game designers. If they change the parameters of how you get to higher ranks instead of amount of time one is able to play the game then this would be a non issue and those who don't have all the time in the world would stop being penalized. But that's not the case right now. And I am highly doubtful that this is going to change this season, which sucks. Because Apex has to be my favorite game since it came out and it sucks even more that it's being controlled by people who seemingly don't even care about it. I'm sorry if we don't see eye to eye on this issue. But I hope we have both gotten at least a little more insight into the other side of the spectrum.

The actual apex community enjoys playing ranked with their friends. HATERS on the other hand have no friends that play apex and therefore hate the game
