Me, as a competitive player, can tell you that pro's know what's missing in this game. They all want the game to be healthy for everyone.
It's true that the casual community is probably 95% of the entire playerbase of Apex Legends, but professional players do play this game for 8 hours/day at least. They know what's good. I would rather listen to someone who knows what he's talking about instead of casuals who just share their 5 hours per week gameplay experience. It's the truth.
Core things to work on:
- Servers
- Server Tickrates
- Competitive Integrity (cheating in higher ranks like d3+ to pred)
- Overall performance optimization
- Options to disable unnecessary game particles (like dust, lava embers, etc.)
- Rework current SBMM-model (SBMM is a good idea, it just needs a better adjustment. It's too inconsistent right now.)
The next update is actually a good step into the right direction by balancing the extreme defensive gameplay with caustic and wattson.
I personally like the steps taken by Respawn Entertainment and appreciate their hard work during these corona times.
- DaleWWilson955 years agoSeasoned Ace@DoIlarTreeAceu just because someone puts 8 hours into something doesn't mean there opinion is more valid? Im not a *pro* and half of the core knows whats going on they have been saying the same for 2 seasons but no changes to weapons or MM

@DaleWWilson95I think what hes implying here is that "pro players" talk to their community as well as playing the game so they have a little bit of a better understanding of what other players think as well as their on point of views on the game.

@MoNosDirtyGamingi understand that part but competitive players want the game competitive only and how thos 100 or so people see there vision is not reflecting the community, updates are suppose to improve the games QOL not make it worse everyone moved to WZvalaront even back to fortnite and its sad
- DaleWWilson955 years agoSeasoned Ace@DoIlarTreeAceu The only people having fun are sweaty pre mades *pros* there keeping it competitive for there tournaments because theres no private games this is the only way to play the game will fade
- DaleWWilson955 years agoSeasoned Ace@DoIlarTreeAceu All they have to do is balance weopons, abilitys cooldown times make a solo nd another mode that isnt competitive nd its fun again instead the choose to work on BP and skins for 20£$ and otherr useless things like reskin KC
