Whenever I play with someone and I'm in the lobby readied up it leaves me to the lobby and the friends go to the game. If I want to try to join the game I need to leave the lobby fast and join and ready up straight away. And I am not the only one with this problem.
Because Respawn has shown over Apex lifetime that they dont prioritize to fix, what they see as "minor" bugs. Same annoying but not game breaking or anti-player retention bugs are left in the game for years. The lobby is, and has always been, buggy. So many times one of your premade squad doesnt get into the lobby witth the two other.
I just queued up for pubs by mistake (wanted ranked) and left the lobby before I got into champ selection. Then I switched to ranked and clearly saw it change before I clicked Ready --> Got into another causal game. I left that one too and my match summery showed ranked.....
