Why even have Control Legends?

Just delete them.  You have successfully made control legends unusable…  A round of applause for the devs everyone  …The only control legend that seems viable is Rampart since she gets her Ult seemin...

Honestly, Rampart is practically the only viable one since she is practically an attack legend so I agree with you.
