Penalties for mixtapes

I have contacted EA several times over the past few years to offer my feedback, but there has been no sign of any improvement whatsoever.

Why is there a penalty for leaving only mixtapes, even though it's not a ranked match? I don't think it's necessary. It should be abolished immediately, and players should be able to leave freely.

While I understand that Mixtape is a casual matchmaking game, the matchmaking system is broken, and fair matches rarely occur.

I'm constantly stuck with weaker teammates, and the penalty for leaving forces me into an unpleasant and unenjoyable gaming experience.

Also, when a teammate disconnects, you're forced into a numerical disadvantage, but if you still try to leave, the penalty remains. Isn't that strange?

If you're at a numerical disadvantage, you should be able to leave without penalty.

They can't even properly match players fairly, yet they try to force players to complete matches by imposing penalties—that's the worst kind of thinking. It needs to be fixed immediately.
