If you leave a Ranked game you put your teammates at an unfair disadvantage, so you deserve the penalty. They should increase the level of punishment for early leavers, it's just stupid. Something like the penalty time increases by 5 minutes for the amount of times you've leaved and if you keep leaving you get season bans from Ranked, and even account bans.
Leavers deserve to be punished, if they're going to * over low level teammates or their inability to win gun fights they shouldn't play shooter games. Simple as that.
