Why is Gravity Lift constantly "Out Of Bounds"

Happens on all maps, but especially on KC.  I throw Horizons gravity lift on the ground.  Not on a roof or on top of anything.  Just the ground.  And I immediately have to jump off because it marks you as out of bounds.  Even though there will be something higher near by that's in play.  Anyone else notice this??

    @CocoaHyena I play horizon daily on that map and never had it happen for me. Also out of bounds gives a grace period. You have like 30 seconds may be 15 to be out of bounds.

    Also will help them try to pin point if you can give examples of where on the map this has happen.

    @E9ine_AC I'll go through my recordings to put together a montage. Happens a ton to me..
    And the timer would be ok if they didn't change it so that it doesn't reset. So if it happens more than once, it becomes really frustrating.
