Why is match making so bad and why are controllers aim bot

Apex match making is a joke. skill based match making is good for no one. the only game that has ever gotten skill based match making right is COD and thats because they have the player base for it. you match making is killing your game and making the majority of the people who play this game want to break there pc over there head. also why is controler aim assist the equivelent of aimbot. no other pc game with controler support has this issue but Apex. Why. i dont get it. its like you want your game to die. and have people do nothing but complain. you match making is forcing people to make alternate accounts to be able to enjoy a casual game with out having to worry about every sweaty wanna be pro jumping in there face every 5 seconds. also if i wanted to play against pros i would try to work to get to that rank. why are my plat lobbies full of preds and diamonds. what is the point of a ranked playlist if at a slightly above average rank im getting matched with acutal pros. 

please fix this i love this game and this match making is killing me
