Why is Respawn releasing past battle pass/collection event skins?

I’ve been playing since day 1, bought every season battle pass and nearly every single collection event so I’ve unlocked a ton of different cosmetics badges and other neat things.

I recently checked out the Legendary Bundle in the store and noticed they are selling more rare skins only obtained through the battle pass of season 2 and 3 I think. Jade Tiger Octane, and Prince of Darkness Caustic. That’s pretty low to bring back battle pass items to sell at a future time. 

I know somethings should be released again such as Holiday themed cosmetics cause holidays repeat every year, but limited time things such as collection events and battle pass items are just a slap in the face for people that earned them back in the earlier days of the game or bought them because they were “limited”

Now I have to wonder are season 1 skins like the Tier 100 battle pass items going to be released again or all the other collection event items?

Unlike Call of Duty, and Fortnite, I’d rather see Apex actually keep their rare items rare.
