@redrosekight Because people like you are a vocal minority and there are probably thousands of people out there who just fork out the cash because they can, so EA will continue their greedy schemes until it slowly but surely kills the game
@Pretzelnutcake Greedy Schemes? So a company puts out a 100% free to play game, with absolutely zero pay to win and you still call them greedy?
You can't get more kills because you bought a cosmetic...So any purchases are by people who want to support the game, not because they feel they must.
I don't like greedy companies either but this particular game is the complete opposite of greedy. They even give you nearly endless free loot boxes now so you can save up for any cosmetic you want and craft it eventually.

- @Pure_Funk_Nugget First off, the "it's a free game duhh" excuse needs to die along with the micro transactions it was made to defend. And secondly, if you think certain skins don't offer a advantage to the user then you're in no place to argue here, let me elaborate incase you don't understand.
There are skins for weapons like the Peacekeeper, R99 and Wingman (some of the strongest weapons in-game) that reduces their size so they take up less space when ADS or they give the weapon better iron sights that allows the player to be more accurate at range without the need of a scope. Then there's the character skins that help you blend in with your surroundings, for example, default Wraith would stick out like a sore thumb on the snowy parts of the map where as her voidwalker skin gives her a much better chance at avoiding people not actively shooting at her, watch some streams and see if you notice a pattern with the skins they use if you don't believe me.
