Why is the Mozambique so bad?

Why exactly is the Mozambique so bad? The only way I can get a kill is like going to d**k range and shooting them in the head with like 6 shots. It's trash, instead of a 3 pellet spread why can't it be a 5?

    It's a three pellet spread, something something reference to the country Mozambique a saying or whatever where you shoot someone in the chest twice then once in the head? I'm not sure. 

    It's not terrible, it's just not easy to use for something that's supposedly on the lower end of the "power curve" that the developers implemented. The low projectile speed and semi terrible iron sights mean you're going to have to compensate at close ranges, where in the same range an EVA or Peacekeeper would be almost hit-scan. The damage is nothing to scoff at, but to buff it I'd probably give it one extra round in the magazine, and increase the projectile speed just a hair.

    It is the worst weapon in the game, but it’s everywhere.  Looks like it’s always something meant to be picked up until you find anything else.

    It would seriously be more viable if they buff the clip size to like 5 or 6

    HA i got * 2 * 2 legy mozam skins why the * r u * * giving people this skins if the gun is * garbage u * company !!!

    @KatZiShi It was the best gun in the game on April Fools. I passed up six mastiffs because I already had a mozambique in my loadout. A monster of a gun with a 9 shot capacity, A gold shotgun bolt that jacked up the rate of fire to the point you could empty a clip in 1 and a half seconds.
