Why is the Pathfinder grapple cooldown so long

Please make it better. Being a vet of the game and supporting the game since season one, I the Pathfinder Grapple had a shorter cooldown and was more fun as a movement than waiting 30 seconds to move a couple of meters, the grapple can glitch too and not work so you would use your grapple and it not work then you have to wait another 30 seconds. I understand the new perks to make the cooldown faster, but it kinda makes my main legend not fun to use. Please make the grapple have less of a cooldown
