Probably because the report system would be flooded by false reports. People can only "feel" or "experience" that the enemy that killed them used wallhack. Even a live spectator cant be 100% sure. Stepping sounds in this game is so loud and reaches so far that the majority of kills probably happen within this range. And then there is a difference in game sense and/or "tunnel hearing" where some players are just very very good at pick up on sounds and also use their knowledge of the environment and game sense to instinctively just know where the enemy MUST be even if they cant see them.
Sometimes, when I try to rat my way to some free RPs and an enemy just run straight to my rat spot and just beams me, I think to myself: "wow how did he know? Did he cheat?". But then I have to remind myself that I also like to sweep the area for rats and often check out obvious rat spots. And one small side step will make enough sound to tell a good player exactly where you are . - Aldebera2 years agoSeasoned Veteran@Balladalidila There are many obvious examples. The sound / game sense argument is impossible in these instances. Stealth players who know how to hide get found, and it is not even a rat spot. I've had instances where I am observing squads fighting, waiting for the best third party opportunity, and one of the squads comes right at me. Not a single one is recon. It is happening, and I agree that such a report would be an absolute nightmare for the devs, nevertheless something needs to be done as the gameplay exploit report is typically ignored.

Perhaps, even though I think you underestimate how a high elo player perceive this game compared to a more causal player. Its not that hard to predict where people can, or rather MUST be, based on the current ring, knowledge of the environment and other information like squads left, where your squad just been and known position for remaining players alive etc etc etc.
I would love a forum/thread called "Cheater or no cheater?", much like AITA-threads, where people could upload recorded gameplay clips of suspected cheats or bugs and then ask "Was I killed by a cheater or am I a clueless blamer?" =) Too bad about no name and shaming policy here.
