Why my friend so lucky?????? PLS FIX THIS

My friend got heirloom in level 68 and I'm level 290 and haven't gotten one yet.Even though my friend rarely plays and only played again a few weeks ago, am I the one who is unlucky or is my friend the one who is too lucky? PLS FIX THIS

When lower levels get shards in a pack, it is just a lucky pack for them. You are not unlucky. Free heirloom shards are only guranteed upon the opening of your 500th appropiate Apex pack.
