Why random matchmaking is so frustrating

@nooblet123 Personally I don't see a problem with high skilled players in the lobby but my problem is that I passed lv100 a long time ago and am still getting paired with lv20 and below players, sometimes below 10 even. My skills are nowhere near good maybe average at best but atleast I know the game and it's mechanics and such while my teammates don't know why their Havoc isn't firing when they press the button..
