Why spectating dont always goes to person who killed me?

@TheApexLegendNub It sends you to watch another team who wasn't in the fight or near the fight at all. Usually when this occurs for me, the player is 100% cheating, and they're just sending you away so you can't record them cheating.

If you get killed by a cheater, you rarely get to spectate him with his team.
To those who say that you only spectate the one who killed you or find excuses about who killed your first dead-team-mate, etc.: We're talking team versus team. We're talking about spectating a team that's on the other side of the map once you've been wiped out by a cheater.
And if you are lucky enough to spectate the cheater who killed you (that does happen), the best to do is to record a video of their behavior.
