@heme725 I guess so, the havoc is getting nerfed next season though, my issue is that it downs you in 3 hits, it should be like the r99 where it takes MORE than 3 hits to down you, THIS is why it's OP, not the TTK.
If you used the R99 against me and I dodged lets just say, 50% of your shots just for the sake of proving a point, and you shot me for 10 bullets, and then downed you with a havoc using 3 bullets, you would understand the reason as to why the gun is OP as hell and should never have made it through the testing phase with the buff.

@MoNosDirtyGaming The havoc definitely cannot down you in 3 hits.
Also, if you have a situation where an R-99 and a havoc user both start firing at each other at the same time, neither misses, then the R-99 will win because of the charge up time. Obviously an ideal situation like this won't happen, but if you ambush the havoc then you'll win.
It's getting that nerf tho, so oh well.

@Sir_Named I think he's referring to the headshot damage which is 36 per bullet. I'm surprised by how high it is but it is enough to down a player with no armor.
- 5 years ago@Zamaha400 It does get a 2x headshot damage multiplier because it is an ar. But, 3 headshots on a player with no armor isn't the best example for how strong a gun is.
They also could be talking about the selectfire option, but (1. That's a hop-up and (2. It is kind of a long range weapon since the actual dps is fairly low and (3. There is damage falloff. - 5 years ago
@Sir_NamedSomeone using the Havoc, IN MY LOBBIES BECAUSE THEY'RE ALL 25K+ KILLS, they would obviously start hip firing before they even get round the corner, so no I DO NOT stand a chance against them because the R99 DOES NOT beat the havoc when they are both hitting each other (Do not take into account the charge up time here)
Literally just now I downed one dude, then the wraith had a havoc, no charge up sound at all, insta-fired and almost killed me in 3-6 hits, because its a havoc it feels like you've been hit 3 times. Which is why I mention 3 hits.
