1) EA/Respawn doesn't want people to "name and shame" on the fourms
2) I really don't know, I just been reporting videos to Hideout when I can. I have their cheating video
I agree with EA's approach, but when the cheaters cannot be punished and there are still high-level matches, I wonder if we have been providing entertainment for cheaters, because they are the real participants in the game. We are just NPCs.
Then those who cheat cannot be punished, I will join them, I will join cheating as a means of cheating to punish them

I understand that, but if the studio doesn't make a change, then the player has two choices.
1.When Apex legends similar to this game appears, players will not hesitate to give up Apex legends.
2.Players love Apex Legends and don't want to be played as NPCs, so they have to cheat.
The studio must be responsible for the fairness of the game. Think about the fact that a team of 58-level cheaters and another cheater can appear in my qualifying match, then half of the Apex legends hunter ranking match is cheating. If Respawn Entertainment doesn’t take it seriously, so players can only get fair through cheating

Hey @EVZHOUZHOU,
Dealing with people cheating in Apex is an ongoing battle that we do take extremely seriously. I can definitely understand that when you see someone still in-game it may sometimes seem like nothing's being done, though that's certainly not the case.
As long as there are competitive multiplayer games, there will likely be cheating to some extent. There are multiple ways we address this, some of which have been mentioned by others in this thread.
It sounds like you've been reporting in-game, which is much appreciated. Whether you're reporting in-game or via the webform that does help us adapt to new programs or methods being used by cheaters as well, so that's always helpful to take a few extra seconds to do so when you can.
Finally, while we don't often go into detail on the topic, there was an interesting article recently that did speak to some of the efforts that take place behind the scenes, including the fact that there are around 100,000 bans per month on average. May be worth a read!
What is the point of banning 100k. people, when they are back on the same hour with new acc? Isn`t that just a washing your hands and saying see we are doing something, while you obviously do nothing?
And from my experience you pretty much just ban the obvious hacker, that are going blatant with it. And what about all the people that are using soft hacks and are hiding it, as well as no-recoil macros and single fire, and so on ?!!
But the reality its pretty much the same on all FPS games, so this ain`t only a Apex problem, but a problem for the whole genre.
But you won`t see it fix in the foreseen future, and there is a lot of reason to it.
What Devs care is money(and this is normal, this ain`t a offense, but a normal thing), and banning so much people let say permanently they are losing player base and obviously money. And the guy will just move to another title and probably do the same. Also the cheater could be a 13 years old or so, and to change in the future and not cheat, which still hurt the player base This is pretty much what is it in their eyes.
Now they will always have a check, and not let the game be totally infested, cause then even the largest stubborn fanboys will move on.
But you should not expect a clean game, or close to it. I doubt there is any multiplayer/competitive/online FPS genre that is entirely free out of hacks, and have even 90% defense against cheaters.
My biggest problem is the people that abuse macros for no-recoil, cause this is big problem for a lot of BR titles. And with all my hours on FPS genre, on Apex, on Kovaak and so i just need a little bit to tell who is controlling the recoil well, and who obviously has no recoil at all(or as most macros left just a bit of vertical, so if he has handcam to be like he is controlling it).
I mean guys like ShivFPS, Reps, Hakis and so on(just to name a few of the fair ones), are playing the game full day long from the release and you can clearly see the recoil kicks and how they controlling it(but there is still recoil), yet some newcomers streamers/youtubers somehow magically have none of that with the hardest guns from a big distances, and while doing flashy moves(which will hurt your recoil, as well as on chasing someone and trying to shot asap), while on the zipline(somehow no recoil), while airborne due to ability or so, with a scope for certain weapon that makes the kick really ridiculous, yet you see zero recoil, zero hand moving(if they have handcam, tho handcam prove nothing to be fair), and just a straight line.
They need to add active anti-cheat like battleye or punkbuster.

Thats same as you would say: punishing thiefs is bad for country

Thats same as you would say: punishing thiefs is bad for countryDude i`m all in for 100% to perma ban people for every single soft, hard, macro or whatever cheat you can think, but they won`t do it.
You see that the EA manager goes into hiding straight away i start asking an unpleasant question.
Why did he never answer to my post?
He is saying some number, but who cares, when there is x2 of that number that are still cheating, and there is probably way more that are cheating and never get caught, cause they are using private/pay hacks, and not go blatant with them, and are hiding them well. As well as all the people that are using no-recoil macros/script/devices for it. We have a 20+ thread talking about it, and we have asked EA staffs to give a view and answer on that, no one have ever dare to reply in that thread.
Bro looks what happen on Warzone, their biggest streamers are blatant cheaters. And some of them were Apex pros before moving to Warzone. I won`t say concrete name, cause of name and shaming, but there is a youtuber who pretty much start exposing this so call pros 1 by 1.
Today he discover a twitch streamer with 1.5mil. subscribers that is using SP/Cronus/etc on his controller, and it was 200% proof that the guy clearly was using it.
And his fans are defending it with all the nonsense in the world. They will start with the nonsense's that somehow this device do nothing(what a joke), when its clearly improve aim assist, and pretty much remove the recoil.
Another guy that was shadow banned, and it was permanent banned, and of course i`m talking about a big twitch streamer in COD, was back in the game, and still streaming, cause somehow COD banns are HWID, which is the best thing, and will shadow banns all of your new acc as well, but this ..... last only 7-14 days, after that you can make a new acc and everything is fine, what a joke that is ? And his deluded fanboy defended him and was making a noise in twitter that was falsely banned. Yeah sure, it happen exactly when they start detecting people that were using Engine Owning, exactly at that time, and he get exactly the same error, that people that was getting banned with EO was getting, as well as he have the same EO broken icon on his desktop with a different name. Yeah its all coincidence. :D
In the same time, their biggest streamer somehow at the exact this time(that COD start detecting and banning people for EO), somehow got his account stolen and the people that stole the acc was using cheats on it. Yeah so believable. :D
Why i`m saying all of this? Cause the situation in Apex its the same. So many peoples are running no-recoil macros/scripts, and soft cheats, esp. for content videos, as well as so many people are using Apex xin, Cronus(with all of its version), Strike pad and all the same line devices, its not even funny.
And the guy is telling you they ban 100k. people, so what? This people are back in a 5 minutes with new acc.
There is a guy Tufi or whatever his name is now. He is cheating from day 1, and he is a serial cheater, that non-stop making new acc, and they are banning him, just so he to make a new acc and continue to cheat.
FPS genre is a cheater zone. You either accept that, you won`t be playing on even/fair ground, or just like me move forward.
The only game as of now, that has some so-so good anti-cheat system is Valorant, but i still have my suspicions, about a certain people, and the so call whitelists, that is floating around. :D
