Will the previous battle passes ever return for those who didn't complete them

I had the game at around season seven, but never finished the battle pass. I would really REALLY like to get the reactive r99 skin. I can see why it would be taboo to give brand new players a season ...

@undertrac Starting season eleven all previous battle pass item will be purchasable. That's about as good as it'll get.
