The wingman weapon use's heavy ammo this ammo is also used in the long ow sniper rifle and the hemlock, theses rifles are mostly used for long range shots. with that said using this ammo in close range means less shot are required for a kill. distance makes a difference.
- Personally I don't think it's fair that a high rate of fire pistol should do the same amount of damage (and probably 2-3 times higher dps) than a slow, and low rate of fire sniper rifle. And when it comes to distance that don't matter much in this game as there are really no damage drop off.
