Worst possible customer service
I could not imagine a more awful customer service experience, even compared to shady small companies.
First attempt to get in contact with a representative via online chat regarding missing items from my account, and the person tells me to go on the forum to ask questions (trying to fool and get rid of the customer), when in fact I came from the forum regarding the exact same issue, and an EA representative mentioned in the forum that these issues are not solvable via the forum, and that people should get in contact with customer support. Then the customer support just closes the chat and leaves the case opened with action on my part, but with no clear action on what I have to do. Again, just a scam attempt to not solve anything.
Second case I tried, the representative this time says he is checking my account to verify, then after a long time of waiting only then he asks for my email address linked to the account (even though I was already logged in while chating, plus opening a case already asks for credentials, so again, another attempt to fool and scam customers). Then the representative proceeds to say that they are going to check the account, and if I can wait. I confirm, then I just wait, and the representative just closes the chat without any information, and leaves the case open.
It is insane that EA has such an atrocious customer support, only to just scam people.
