Wraith... why another nerf?
In the upcoming patch notes it says that the phase ability will now take 1.25 seconds to activate including a 20% movement slow. Why? Wraith was in no way overpowered as a legend and this has just go...

Why is she getting another nerf you ask?
She still has a 100% pick rate in competitive tournaments (no game has any kind of character have that kind of pick rate for longer than two weeks without significant nerfs and wraith has been this way for over a year).
She has the highest win percentage by a country mile, and even with all the legend buffs/reworks no one is even close to her. You expected her to sty the same? No, of course not, she is going to keep getting nerfs until she is an A tier legend... not a perpetual SS legend that nothing ever seems to change.
Her tactical also gives her damage immunity, completely countering how many different legends? She is a problematic character, and if you wonder "but why though???" You are a blind wraith main.
@BarretOblivionBRUH do you even play the game ? how is wraith problematic ? , go check gibby and caustic where they can defend complete towns while taking reduced, dmg , deploy an immune shield , get AN EXTRA weapon shield , revive and heal faster , OP ultimate that downs anyone in its range if u dont get out within 2 seconds , GIBBY is OP wraith was not , as a wraith main i kill other wraiths much muchhhhh easier than other gibbys , why? cuz i use wraith BETTER than other stupid wraiths
