Wraith... why another nerf?
In the upcoming patch notes it says that the phase ability will now take 1.25 seconds to activate including a 20% movement slow. Why? Wraith was in no way overpowered as a legend and this has just go...

This was 100% mistake by design, they actually made wraith better because now nobody can catch her up after Q.
Yet again somebody who dont play enough thinking issue is so simple to solve and it resulted into another design flaw.
It wont matter if it takes 0.5 or 1.5 seconds for her Q to activate if im reloading for the duration and never hit her. stop designing other characters to be supports that do nothing but sit behind a rock and waith wraith to finish their poked victims off and maybe her kd/a would be more reasonable relatively to others.
Shes kill stealer with small enough hitbox to win 1vs1's regardless of her Q
