Wraith... why another nerf?

@challengeJDR100 He's a defensive legend whose main purpose is to deter pushing. He's no real threat unless it's the final ring or you have stupidly aggressive teammates. They may tweak him to make him less annoying to fight against but he's too situational to need a nerf.

@Hyuugajay0515 A long rant with little value in it. You're technically right on a few points but deliberately ignoring the flaws in your argument.

The Ult comparison is nonsense and the Loba comparison ignores the fact that Wraith is immune to all damage when she pops her tactical. You're also seriously down playing how easy it is to punish Loba's tactical.

Personally I'd support shortening the Cool down on Wraith's tactical since the delay itself is enough of a nerf but I disagree with 90% of your rant here.
