Wrong Loyalty Badge For Pre-Season Player

@kyquiltIm having the same issue... it literally gave me the badge as if I first started the game a week ago and I just saw a level 30 running around with the 2nd variant of the badge...

I should not have the basic badge on my account, Ive played for 961 hours... I contacted support and the guy was from india and was the worst tech support guy ive ever spoken to, I should atleast have the 2nd variant if not the best version as Ive played the game since early season 1 if not earlier... honestly this just gives me another reason to quit, renavants practically awful and can barely climb 2 floors, no solos so stuck dealing with the same issues, and now they can’t even give loyal players the correct badges
