@ringin10I'm curious what platform are you on?

I will admit some times (more frequently then I want to admit) things just go wrong. It can seem like the other team is cheating or that lag is an issue simply because everything is going right for them. I just had it happen in my favor and downed an entire squad. Basically they were just barely missing my hit box. I also was in the perfect location so that my sites were basically lined up with their heads so I was getting head shots one after the other.

Cheating does happen and if you know what to look for it's fairly apparent when it's going on.

Lag is also fairly apparent. Some things that can clue you into lag being an issue for you. Looting seems slow or off. You fire a peace keeper or eva 8 and it seems like it won't register despite having the players animation clearly in your sights. Looting is the big big give away that lag is your problem. If you drop to a location with an enemy and they always seem to pick up the gun before you despite you landing there before them. Then it's definitely lag.

Lag seems to be worse during high traffic times for the servers or high demand times for my internet provider. The difference in game play is night and day for me. I also think that perhaps our teammates connection plays apart. I'll have 2-3 great rounds in a row. Then get paired with a random who clearly has lag issues. It seems to impact the entire team when one player has lag issues.

I’m on Xbox one, overall I really enjoy the game but the fact that lag is such a hinderance really sucks the fun out of the game. I would agree the gameplay during the day and at night almost always feels different. My biggest frustration besides hits not registering when I am clearly hitting them is having the last bullet that kills you register after you’ve reached cover. EA / Respawn have been under fire for the poor net coding in the game and it appears after 3 seasons and tons of money spent by players that they still don’t seem to care.
