I do understand what you are trying to say and yes it's definitely an advantage because it's mouse with aim assist basically. But i honestly do want to zone in on my controller skills it's just that the playing field is not fair and since it's not being banned means it's something that is not enforced, which is why i wanted someone who is responsible for matchmaking to answer. I enjoy playing on the controller tbh, but what's the point at good at anything when your opponents have a bigger advantage, it just leads to a road of frustration which is not why we play video games. If it's fine they should let players know if not, then make it fair and get an input based matchmaking system in place.

To me it's kinda like when Olympic swimmers started wearing full body suits instead of normal swimwear. It wasn't technically disallowed because the IOC hadn't thought someone would try something like that, and it did in fact give a very competitive advantage to people using them. Technically it's not cheating but it does give that user a distinct advantage, and the point of console gaming is we're all supposed to be on a level playing field.
