@br8kDown Hackers are removed from the game during 1-3 matches from a few reports when they are manually checked. No one is interested in making new user accounts all the time. The system has been improved.

That's not true at all. You really think a hacker hacks from their main account? No. They have a side account and a side account for their side account and ect.
Fact of the matter it's too easy to just make a new one and there's no harm to their main account for doing it.
