@br8kDown Hackers are removed from the game during 1-3 matches from a few reports when they are manually checked. No one is interested in making new user accounts all the time. The system has been improved.

@D3Boogie You are extremely naive. If you think cheaters and hackers have no issue with the ease of creating a new account anytime they get banned, then you have obviously not been gaming for very long.
