Zero heirloom shards in 80 apex packs...
I opened 80 packs to find absolutely zero heirloom shards. Its the only reason i bought them. I don't give a * about a legendary banner for Gibraltar... complete ripoff and I want my money back.

Community ManagerI can understand where you're coming from, but that's the way the game was initially set up before the heirloom shards were introduced. I haven't heard if there are any plans to allow the option to exchange or refund an heirloom, I'm afraid.

Is there any way to see the counter on Apex packs? I've been playing since week 1 and I've never seen an heirloom shard. I would like to know how many more I've got to go through. I'm about level 500. Thanks.
- @Professor_Doggy I'm not sure if there is an official counter, but I know there's a website that can approximate how many you've opened. You just need to enter your level, what SP you've bought, how high you got on them, etc. It isn't 100% accurate, but is an estimate.
I used the counter. It looks like I'm about 200 away from a guaranteed heirloom. BOOOOOO
