- @EThought113213 Actually no. Caustic was badly nerfed during his funeral event. I remember they nerf every time there is an event.
- @EThought113213 I feel this bow will see some changes before or at the split I would hope anyway. There have been tons of feedback and data gathering to justify a change mid-season I feel. Can't say it will happen but the way it has played out so far the vast amount of the population want this bow nerfed. Even pro players including us regulars.

@EThought113213Nah with how the pros are going on it will be a month or less. It will depend on the next algs event. It is becomes crazy where everyone has one people will be screaming for a change.
Theyve done plenty of changes during seasons.
@rockyboy1998 It definitely needs a nerf bud, I love the thing but it's stats are bonkers lol.
There's hasn't been a weapon released that's this ridiculously strong since the release of the charge rifle...that thing was a WMD originally. 😛
- @rockyboy1998 Even backoffmyjankz just posted a video of it and said the bow is completely broken. Jankz is probably the most realistic streamer we have never overreacting to buffs or nerds. If he said it is broken it is.

@EThought113213 I think they are going to have to make some changes before the split. I can't see what's happening in game lasting for an 45 days. This will be my least played split if things don't improve.
The Bow fire rate and damage is higher than anything in game right now. Now toss in that it's basically silent and has great projectile speed and hardly any drop. I was playing Arena mode with another forum member this morning, it did not take long for me to burn out on the game. I won't play arena mode for now, the mode is in need of a major overhaul.
The legend abilities and crafting them is so out of balance. Some legends passives and tactical are really good other legends not so much. Some legends don't work with limited charges on their tactical. So are the guns, some guns don't need to be upgraded to be viable other guns need to upgraded heavily to be viable.
Had a mirage as a teammate it was his first time playing the mode, he was not exactly thrilled with the cost of his tactical and ult.
Valk basically has a better version of Bangalores Ult as a tactical. I made a thread about Bang already, that's a little disappointing to me. But hey, I'll just play another legend? Well Wattson fences are broken. Okay I'll play caustic, well he's been nerfed to heck.- @DarthValtrex This pains me to admit because anyone that frequents this forum knows I'm a caustic main but he is pretty much useless in Arenas. Yes I've had some decent games with him but his passive is total garbage as it relies on his gas, which you don't have. I'm not spending 400 credits ok the ult when I can buy 4 or 5 nades or heals for the same price.
And yes there are other legends who are really not very good in the mode but none come close to caustic. Valk having multiple passives and bangs ult as her tactical is a joke.
So now I am searching for a main for arenas. Tonight I played it for about 3 hours with 2 friends and played mirage and wraith. I will likely end up as wraith but I want to try running wattson next. Her passive might be slow but it might just make a difference - @hayhor I'm just not going to play arena mode until it gets an overhaul. It's broken right now in multiple ways. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they need some real time data and will make adjustments based on that.
Gibi gets multiple arm shields?! How does that work with the health system?
But look at the 99, it cost as much as a flatline, yet it takes up nearly all of your mats to upgrade it enough to be decent. Flatline is good without any upgrade and amazing with just a blue mag.
I think Caustic was getting nerfed because if you got caught in his gas you were dead. I was okay with that, he has nothing else. It was frustrating when I'd get caught in the gas because I knew I was dead unless the caustic was exceptionally bad.
Wattson can be clutch vs Valk, throw down her tower and block it. Throw down her tower and the enemy waste nades. But it's so expensive to get. I'd have to chose between that or a decent CQC weapon.
A PK/Eva 8 without a bolt is a lot different than a 99 without a Magazine.
