A few points to support Locked and Loaded as the base game mode

@enite I agree the boosted loot was part of it. But what's the point to better loot if everyone can find it every place they go?

@DarthValtrex Also, I apologize for you having to read through my error filled mess, especially the first paragraph. I was literally playing while I was working on this. Im going to do some editing. Geesh.
