A letter to the EA team (please read carefully)
Around November 30, 2023
I was practicing hard at the shooting range in APEX, and suddenly a ban message popped up. I couldn't believe this happened! From 2023 to now, I have tried countless ways to contact you, but you just mechanically told me that my account was cheated. May I ask, an account with 2,000 hours and thousands of dollars invested, what reason does he have to use a cheat to play this game?
I checked my data and found no reason. This ban is wrong. I don't ask you to lift the sanctions on me. I ask you to look at what happened to me. I am just a player who loves this game. I am now heartbroken. I love it, but what have you done to me? It's been two years. This **bleep** sanction is still not investigated clearly. Just mechanically reply to me! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Hey DreamgoddessYu
Account issues such as bans and suspensions cannot be assisted with here on the forums.
Only the TOS Team is able to handle these cases, which you've already been in contact with.
You can try and dispute the ban up to 3 times, anything more will just be ignored from what I heard.I get that EA Support can come over as a bit automated and mechanically, but they are likely just using templates to speed up their workflow as they have to deal with many many cases each and every day.
This should not be an indication on how well they investigate these issues. If you have never cheated then it's possible your account was compromised.
In which case I'd recommend follow the steps in this guide to re-secure your account: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/From that point on you could try and contact the TOS Team and say that your account was compromised, as this would be the most logical reason if you really haven't cheated.
Though do keep in mind that they can still decide not to reverse the account action even if your account was compromised, as it's expected of every user to practice proper account safety.
