@ashyl13 This is how an RNG works, they are RANDOM. The person just got extremely lucky. The odds for getting an heirloom are always .2% it foes not matter if you’ve opened 10 packs or 400, every single time you open a pack the odds are .2%.
I have seen similar stuff happen in casinos. I have seen people who have never gambled before win a top jackpot Back to back, odds of winning that happening were in the billions to 1.
