    Unfortunately, banned and/or hacked accounts cannot be handled on the forums.

    For any ban, all information about the ban should of been sent to you in an email. (You may need to check your spam folder to find this email). If you still cannot find the email, you can also check your ban history here, (but some bans may not appear here).

    Only the EA TOS team will be able to help you with any banned accounts. For hacked accounts, you would have to go through EA Support instead.

I also hope that EA community managers or staff can see this.

Understanding the voices from the user community, especially the negative ones, may be a little harsh, but it will greatly help improve the consumer experience in the future

@kaiser4160 We see everything that gets posted here. However, we have absolutely no access to information on banned accounts or the power to act on them. The thread was marked as resolved because of that. Unfortunately, from the community standpoint and AHQ folks, there's nothing we'd be able to do to fix your ban. 😞
