I'm sorry to hear this situation has caused distress for you. It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and then banned.
We really can't look into this from the forums though. The Terms of Service team is the only team who handles ban. To have this looked into to see if a ban was added correctly or by mistake, you'll need to contact them. You can reach them by filling out the webform and that'll send in an appeal to that team.- EA_Lanna
